  • Angela Rose’s Artistry is a licensed establishment, and for legal reasons, we cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to be inside the studio under any circumstances.

    I reserve the right to refuse tattooing services to anyone at any time, for any reason.

    A valid ID is required at the time of your service. If you do not have a physical, valid ID, we will be unable to proceed with your appointment, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

    You must complete consent forms prior to your arrival. These forms will be sent to you via text and are also accessible via the booking page.

    By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to all policies, pricing, and information provided on this website.

    I allow one supportive friend/partner to accompany you to your appointment. However, at my studio, space is limited, and they do not have room for guests. I kindly ask that you wait in your car and text me upon arrival. My phone number will be provided in your confirmation email.

    All appointments will be recorded, and you may choose whether or not you consent to having your session posted on social media.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your session will be canceled, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

    I am currently scheduling follow-up appointments 3 months after your initial session. This follow-up appointment must be booked on the same day as your first session.

  • All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

    The booking fee secures your appointment and confirms your commitment to the scheduled service.

    This fee is necessary to reserve your spot and ensures that time, materials, and resources are allocated specifically for your appointment.

    By implementing a booking fee, we can effectively manage our schedule, reduce cancellations and no-shows, and provide better service to all clients who rely on availability.

    If you decide to cancel your appointment at any point, please note that your booking fee will be forfeited.

    For touch-ups, they must be completed within 4-6 months following your initial procedure. If the touch-up is scheduled beyond this time frame, an additional fee will apply.

  • You are allowed to reschedule an appointment one time before losing your booking fee. This policy also applies to touch-ups. If you reschedule more than once, you will forfeit the complimentary session and will be required to pay the touch-up fee for a new appointment.

    We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.

    Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit/complimentary touch-up.

  • Touch-ups are optional and available for $150, offering an opportunity to assess how your skin has retained the pigment and to refine the results if needed.

    These sessions must be scheduled between 6 and 9 weeks following your initial procedure and may be booked during your original appointment.

    ⚠️ All touch-ups must be completed before the 10-week mark. After 9 weeks, the opportunity for a $150 touch-up will no longer be available.

    This policy applies to both brow and lash line tattoos to ensure your results remain fresh, balanced, and long-lasting.

  • Results Disclaimer:

    We cannot guarantee the final healed results, as they can vary significantly from person to person. Factors like skin type, lifestyle, excessive bleeding during the procedure, and aftercare play a crucial role in how your skin heals and how well it retains the pigment. We provide clear aftercare instructions on our website, and we strongly recommend reading them before booking your appointment.

    Please keep in mind that tattooing is an art form, and many factors contribute to the healed outcome. This is my craft, my passion, and every appointment means a great deal to me. I invest a piece of my heart into each session, as I genuinely care for every client I meet.

    Note: Some clients may require additional sessions to achieve their desired results, which will be billed accordingly. Minor adjustments to shape and color may be made during the touch-up session. Full healing can take at least 30 days to see the final results.

    4. Individual Variations: The final appearance of the tattooed area may vary based on individual factors such as skin type, tone, condition, and lifestyle. The healed results may differ from initial expectations or the appearance immediately following the procedure.

    5. No Liability: You agree that Angela Rose’s Artistry and its artist(s) are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with results, complications, or any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive) arising from the procedure.

    6. Consultation and Aftercare: You understand the importance of following the pre- and post-procedure instructions provided by the tattoo artist to ensure optimal healing and minimize complications.

    7. Legal Age: You affirm that you are of legal age to undergo cosmetic tattooing in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of consenting to the procedure.

    8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold my establishment, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs arising out of or related to your decision to undergo cosmetic tattooing.

  • Color refreshers are available exclusively for existing clients. While not mandatory, refreshers are typically recommended every 3-5 years to maintain the vibrancy of your tattoo. Over time, as your tattoo naturally ages, the color will fade and the strokes may become less visible. To ensure a more natural and lasting result, I recommend waiting until your tattoo is about 40% faded before booking a refresh appointment. This helps prevent over-saturation, maintaining a more organic look in the long term.

    Pigment Migration:

    Pigment migration is a potential risk that can affect the sharpness and clarity of your tattoo. This may result in blurred edges, distorted color, or the tattoo spreading over time. While every effort is made to reduce this risk through proper technique and aftercare, it is a known possibility in tattooing. Clients should be aware that pigment migration, though minimized, is not fully preventable.

    To help reduce the likelihood of migration, I carefully apply a minimal amount of hair strokes and encourage clients to allow time for fading. This approach helps maintain a cleaner, more natural appearance and lowers the risk of any unwanted effects over time.

    Post-Procedure Care:

    After your procedure, we will provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing. While proper aftercare is essential for the best results, it does not affect our refund policy.
